All dogs must be current on vaccinations and in good health. If your dog appears to exhibit symptoms of illness at the time of check-in, we will be unable to accept the dog for boarding. Prior to arriving at The PawGround, we much have vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your pet is up-to-date on the following vaccinations:
- Rabies
- DHLPP
- Bordetella
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours' notice for all boarding and grooming reservations. All reservations for boarding and grooming require a credit card to hold the reservation. A 50% service charge will be charged to the card on file for all "no shows" and cancellations made less then 48 hours from the appointment. We have limited space and are often booked to capacity.
REFUND POLICY
We do not do any refunds. All prepaid reservations and services (including packages) will be given back in credit. The credit will only be given if the reservations are canceled within our cancellation policy.
Yes, we do have private rooms available for dogs who would prefer to sleep by themselves at night.
We do not have an outdoor play area. We offer walks at an additional cost. We are located in an area where we are able to walk the dogs in a quiet neighborhood with lots of grassy spots. Each of our staff members doubles leashes all dogs being walked to ensure their safety.
Yes, there are packages available for purchase.
Yes, we highly recommend bringing the same food your dog is eating at home. Changing your dog’s diet may upset their stomach and can result in diarrhea. If you bring your pet's food from home it would be very helpful to our staff if you can pre-bag the amount you would like them to be fed for each meal. We have a refrigerator and a freezer if your dog eats fresh food or raw. We offer a premium house kibble that does not have any grains or poultry which is available for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same food at home, at an additional cost.
